I found myself putting a lot of the conclusions we came to during the exercises we did to use in my daily life. I began consciously noticing the “negative voices.” Now that I consciously recognize them, I am able to stop them in their tracks and replace them with empowering ideas/thoughts. Coaching helps those who want to learn to get beyond their daily routine and explore the greater non-material things life has to offer. Lysianne has an enthusiasm about what she is doing and it shows in her attentiveness and positive attitude.
Lysianne has a very open, non-judging manner. It’s easy to communicate with her. I felt she was trustworthy and I had no problem sharing very personal details about my current struggles and need for direction. She never made me feel whiney or petty.
Lysianne was very interested in helping me move on, very active listening. The tips about how to get beyond my hurt of my relationship were also helpful. Lysianne’s reaction to things I said always made me feel I was significant – not silly – for feeling whatever way I was feeling.
I usually have a hard time asking for help with issues unless they get really big, so talking over and getting insights into daily life issues has been a real eye opener for me. I am impressed with the depth that an issue is pursued and the number of techniques that give a new perspective to an area in question. I find that I feel well listened to and am happy with the way Lysianne is able to mirror what I have said in different but accurate wording.
Lysianne is able to listen and change directions when needed and that is vital. I would not have thought of myself as someone who would really benefit from coaching, but was wrong. I had more insights and clarity going through this process with Lysianne than I believe I would have had otherwise.
