Yet, sometimes getting there from here can feel like HARD work. As we become resigned to “slogging” our way to the finish line, it becomes easier to give up or quit.
It is easy to fall prey to the idea: “I’ll be happy when [fill in the blank]”. However, we can create an environment for ourselves in which our minds and souls flourish and thrive NOW, while we are in the midst of our daily lives, taking daily consistent action towards our goals and dreams.
In fact, feeling joyful, satisfied, relaxed, excited and enthusiastic, energized, creative, adventurous, and vibrant are just some of the positive emotions which provide enormous momentum towards making these dreams and visions come alive!
Time To Thrive Coaching presents monthly workshops focused on resilience strategies and happiness habits designed to support you in creating a thriving life.
You are welcomed to the cozy, intimate setting of my home, for Saturday morning workshops. Coffee, tea, fruit, and yummy treat will be offered. (Gluten-free and vegan will be accommodated; unfortunately nut allergies cannot.)
Limit 15 women.
You may choose whichever workshop sparks your interest – no need to attend all. Sign up with a friend and you both receive a 15% discount.
Workshops are held Saturday mornings, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; Please arrive between 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. for check-in, mingling, and treats; workshops begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
